Offit Kurman Welcomes Elizabeth Americo to Its Construction Law Practice

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that attorney Elizabeth Americo has joined the firm’s construction law practice group in Philadelphia, PA. Elizabeth advises architects, engineers, design-build entities, owners, and other industry stakeholders on a broad range of legal matters, including contract issues, disputes, and risk management.

Elizabeth brings extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation and arbitration, with a background that spans construction contracting, catastrophic injury cases, and government-related matters. She has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert Lougy, A.J.S.C., in Mercer County, New Jersey, and previously worked with the Federal Trade Commission on data privacy and consumer protection issues.

She is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Columbia University.
