Offit Kurman completes its first affiliation with lawyers from the firm of Blum, Yumkas.
Offit Kurman becomes a full-service firm with the launch of its litigation practice and the addition of Timothy Lynch.
Offit Kurman begins its geographic expansion with the opening of a second office in Howard County, Maryland.
Offit Kurman expands into Pennsylvania and opens the Philadelphia office.
Offit Kurman opens its Bethesda, Maryland office and welcomes a group of lawyers from the firm Decklebaum, Ogens and Raftery.
2012 - 2015
Offit Kurman expands into Virginia, opening the Tysons Corner Office, and moves into its current location in Baltimore City.
Offit Kurman’s Frederick, Maryland office opens.
The firm achieves its strategic goal of reaching 100 attorneys and sets a new growth goal of 200 attorneys by 2020.
Expanding north, Offit Kurman opens its office in Metropark (Islen), New Jersey.
2016 - 2019
Offit Kurman opens its office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Offit Kurman opens new offices in Washington, DC and Wilmington, Delaware.
The firm expands in the Philadelphia area with a new office in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
The firm dramatically expands its presence with the opening of an office in New York, New York through affiliations with the law firms of Menaker & Herman and Salon Marrow and the addition of a group of lawyers from Eaton & Van Winkle.
The firm’s Charlotte office opens through an affiliation with Horack Talley, beginning the Offit Kurman’s expansion into the southeast.
The firm achieves its strategic goal of 200 attorneys.
The firm continues to grow through the COVID-19 pandemic, exceeding the 200-lawyer mark.
For the first time, Offit Kurman joins the ranks of the top 200 U.S. law firms on American Lawyer’s Am Law 200 List.
With the affiliation of the Law Offices of James C. Hardin III and The Stevens Family Law Firm, the firm expands into South Carolina.
