ABOUT THEODORA STRINGHAM
Theodora Stringham is a member of Offit Kurman’s Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law and Transactions, and Employment Law practice groups. Ms. Stringham’s diverse experience is aimed at assisting individuals, businesses, and organizations with growing successfully while minimizing liability. Focusing on real estate and personnel needs, Ms. Stringham executes sustainable plans for real estate development and employee matters. She provides comprehensive representation for everyday growth issues, including, but not limited to, re-zonings, site plan approvals, eminent domain/valuation concerns, employment discrimination, and disciplinary issues. Ms. Stringham's scope of representation ranges from identifying potential liability and providing counseling/trainings, all the way through representation at trial.
ABOUT TRACY BUCK
Tracy Buck is a member of Offit Kurman's Commercial Litigation practice group. As a pragmatic and experienced litigator, she believes in a global approach to resolving legal disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate disputes, commercial leasing, condemnation proceedings, and protecting creditors’ rights. Ms. Buck's global approach to the practice of law is informed by the fact that she represents a wide variety of clients on all different sides of a dispute, from defending real estate developers, protecting homeowners’ rights, and representing both landlords and tenants in lease disputes. This enables Ms. Buck to zealously represent her clients by understanding interests of the other parties to a legal dispute, and ultimately providing her with the tools to smoothly navigate her clients to the most optimal resolution.
