Mr. Raftery serves as a Regional Practice Group Director and is a member of the firm's management committee. John Brunnett is an accomplished manager with over 15 years of experience in finance and business operations management. John received his MBA from Loyola University in Maryland and continues to share his business experiences as the Regional Director of the Baltimore region offices. He is responsible for leading and managing attorneys in the following practice areas: Bankruptcy, Business Transactions, Commercial and Business Litigation, Estate Planning, Family Law, Government Contracts, and Labor and Employment Law. His primary responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions, creating business development initiatives, measuring annual performance versus budget objectives, and ensuring compliance with the firms established policies and procedures.
Joe has 30 + years experience, at executive level with a large telecommunications company. As the Regional Director, Joe is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Bethesda office, including all attorneys, paralegals, Legal Administrative Assistants and Document Management Specialists, as well as the office receptionist.

Robin is the regional director of the North Carolina region. Prior to Offit Kurman, Robin has worked in healthcare in various capacities for over 20 years, primarily in the Emergency Department. She has been fortunate enough to have experience building and managing multiple urgent care centers as well as emergency/hospitalist services with critical access hospitals. Robin has a B.S. in pre-law, a B.A. in music performance, an ADN in nursing, and an MSN in Healthcare Systems Management.

Diana (“Dee”) Casciello, throughout her 40-year legal tenure, has split her experience between two Manhattan-based law firms. As Regional Employee Engagement Manager, Dee is the key contact for onboarding new hires in the Northeast Region and establishes close relationships with all employees. Dee thrives on helping every Offit Kurman employee succeed in their day-to-day, as well as their legal careers. Dee also works with Firm Management in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures relevant to the continued success and growth of the firm.
Kelly is an experienced professional who brings a successful administrative, benefits and internal customer-first management background to the Firm. She is responsible for the firm’s benefits functions, which include benefits administration, directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, flexible spending plan, and 401(k) plans.
Tony Gerdes guides Offit Kurman’s Learning and Development Department. A skillful educator with over 15 years of experience, Tony is responsible for creating training content, marketing new initiatives and rollouts, and delivering technology training and professional growth opportunities. He also administers the firm’s learning management system, Offit Kurman University. In addition, Tony serves as a Contributing Member of LTC4 (the Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition).
Desiree is an experienced Instructional Designer with a demonstrated history of creative work. Skilled in various design programs, system management, and storytelling, she holds two certifications through the Association for Talent Development. Desiree is a content designer who enjoys building effective microlearning to support the business. Previously versed in the retail and banking worlds, she is excited to focus on legal as a new area of expertise.
Jonathan Talbot is the Director of Information Technology. He oversees the firm’s IT operations, support, projects, and innovations. Jonathan has extensive experience leading teams in the financial, telecommunications and startup industries including 15 years in legal services. Jonathan has an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Towson University.
