Baltimore, MD – March 2, 2026 — Two highly regarded Baltimore-based law firms, Offit Kurman and Thomas & Libowitz, P.A., announce their affiliation effective March 1. The move is a continuation of Offit Kurman’s growth strategy and further strengthens its presence in Baltimore, the city in which Offit Kurman was founded. Offit Kurman’s growth trajectory continues with this affiliation. During the past year, Offit Kurman has also expanded into Georgia, Texas, and Florida.
Thomas & Libowitz, P.A. has been a highly regarded firm in the Baltimore and Washington region for over 50 years. Like Offit Kurman, the firm has advised entrepreneurs, mid‑sized companies, as well as some larger established organizations across a wide range of industries, offering sophisticated services in business law, litigation, and individual and family matters.
