Offit Kurman Continues Growth in Atlanta with Addition of Six Veteran Attorneys
ATLANTA, GA — April 1, 2026 — Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the continued strategic growth of the firm with the addition of six former Taylor Duma partners — Scot Burton, Morris Little Jr., Charles McKnight Jr., Gregory Schultz, Michael Sullivan, and Scott Tobin — to its Atlanta office. The new attorneys strengthen the firm’s business law and transactions, commercial litigation, and real estate law and transactions practices, further expanding its ability to serve clients across a wide range of industries.
The additions enhance Offit Kurman’s presence in the Southeast and reflect the firm’s ongoing commitment to building depth in key markets while maintaining a collaborative, client focused approach to delivering practical legal solutions and long-term value.
“These attorneys align well with Offit Kurman’s full-service platform and our collaborative approach to serving clients,” said Joe English, principal and founder of Offit Kurman’s Atlanta office. “Each brings experience that strengthens our core practices and supports our continued growth in Atlanta. On a personal note, I am especially pleased to be reuniting with longtime friends and colleagues, and I look forward to working with them again as they build their practices in our Atlanta office.”
“These additions reflect our deliberate growth strategy — adding attorneys who share our values and elevate the depth of services we provide our clients,” said Timothy Lynch, president of Offit Kurman. “Atlanta is an important market for the firm, and Scot, Morris, Charles, Gregory, Michael, and Scott bring experience, leadership and the entrepreneurial mindset that strengthens our platform locally and firmwide.”
