Jarrett Hayes advises clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions. He brings experience from both private practice and the national commercial title insurance industry, working with property owners, developers, and lenders on complex, multistate transactions. Before joining the firm, Jarrett served as in-house underwriting counsel, supporting a wide range of high value real estate matters across multiple jurisdictions. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Jason Isaacs is a family law attorney who counsels individuals and families on legal matters related to marriage, parenting, and family relationships. John Salierno is a seasoned commercial litigation attorney who represents businesses, property owners, and individuals in complex civil disputes throughout New Jersey and New York. A Certified Civil Trial Attorney designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, John brings extensive experience handling highs-stakes commercial, real estate, and landlord-tenant matters in state and federal courts, including trial and appellate litigation. He previously served as a judicial law clerk in Bergen County and is admitted to practice before multiple state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
