Counsel

Jarrett Hayes advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, drawing on experience gained from both private practice and the national commercial title insurance industry. He works with property owners, developers, lenders, and counsel to address legal and transactional issues efficiently in complex, multi‑state matters.

Before joining the firm, Jarrett served as in‑house underwriting counsel, where he acted as the primary title insurance point of contact for insured clients, lenders, and their counsel. In that role, he supported a broad range of transactions, including financed sales, refinances, REO matters, CLO transactions, and cash acquisitions, with insured amounts ranging from approximately $500,000 to $300 million. His work involved properties across multiple jurisdictions and business sectors, including renewable energy and cryptocurrency mining projects.

He has overseen and supported title and escrow officers and contributed to process improvements designed to enhance accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Jarrett brings a practical, business‑minded approach to real estate transactions, helping clients move matters forward with clarity and confidence.
