Hudson Coastal Interview

The other week, I had the pleasure of interviewing Brad and Tricia Hudson, the owners of Hudson Coastal in Maple Lawn.  After only one year in business, they were named New Restaurant of the Year!  They have created the ambiance of a beach house, right here in Howard County.

They are a married couple, committed to each other, their family, their community, and to providing a great restaurant experience.  See how they manage and balance in my interview with them.
