Tracy Buck is a skilled litigator with over a decade of experience, handling complex business and real estate disputes. Tracy’s practice focuses on consumer protection matters, commercial and residential leasing, receivership actions, condemnation proceedings, and protecting creditors’ rights. Tracy also dives deep into residential real estate disputes concerning defective construction, homeowners’ association governance disputes, as well as boundary, easement, and title disputes.

Tracy's goal-oriented, global approach to the practice of law is informed by her representation of a wide variety of clients on all sides of disputes, from defending real estate developers to protecting homeowners’ rights, and representing both landlords and tenants in lease disputes. This unique client base provides Tracy with an advantage, enabling her to zealously represent her clients while understanding and anticipating the adverse parties’ next moves. In addition to her trial court practice, she has extensive appellate experience, having briefed and argued cases before the District of Columbia and Maryland Courts of Appeals.

When she is not representing her clients, Tracy remains active in the legal community. She is a former member of the Rules Committee for Foreclosure cases in the District of Columbia Superior Court and has been invited by the Maryland Court of Appeals to comment on amendments to that state’s Court Rules. She is an active member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and the Barristers.

Outside of her legal practice, Tracy is actively involved in her community, coaching both her son's and daughter's sports teams and serving on the Event Committee for the Westwood Care Foundation at Westwood Country Club. She enjoys giving back through these volunteer efforts while supporting causes that benefit her local community. In her free time, Tracy also enjoys trying a new recipe each week, and her family and friends are always happy to serve as the taste testers.
