Sherry Jones serves as Compliance Manager in the Office of General Counsel at Offit Kurman, overseeing the firm’s compliance, risk management, and governance functions across multiple jurisdictions. She works closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and operational teams to develop practical, defensible processes that support ethical practice, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management throughout the firm’s multistate footprint.
Sherry has primary responsibility for attorney licensing and jurisdictional compliance, including oversight of state bar admissions, licensing status, CLE and IOLTA compliance, and related reporting obligations. She collaborates with attorneys, human resources, and firm leadership to help ensure both the firm and its attorneys maintain good standing in every jurisdiction in which Offit Kurman practices.
She also advises firm policies, regulatory compliance, and attorney ethics education, and supports the evaluation and implementation of technology that enhances risk management and operational effectiveness.
