Samantha Atallian has 11 years of mortgage licensing and NMLS experience with independent mortgage brokers, lenders and bankers. She also has experience in GSE applications/approvals - (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, FHA). Samantha’s background includes mortgage compliance, regulatory and reporting.
Samantha works closely with Wayne Watkinson in his practice specifically to obtain mortgage licensing and FHA approvals for clients. She also assists with state licensing for all 50 states and United States territories; as well as, federal registry, forms and drafts assistance, preparing and submitting the NMLS licensing filings, corresponds with the state financial departments throughout the application/approval process, annual licensing renewals and provides guidance on reporting to clients and loan originators.
Samantha is a certified mortgage compliance professional through the Mortgage Bankers Association 2024.
Samantha’s licensing services go beyond initial licensing approval and renewals. She assists with license maintenance for companies, branches and loan originators, provide licensing/renewal updates from NMLS, states, and other regulators and share new licenses available with clients.
