Offit Kurman Welcomes Taylor W. DeSantis to Family Law Practice Group
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Taylor W. DeSantis has joined the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, in Bergen County, NJ. Taylor represents clients throughout New Jersey in matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, post‑judgment disputes, domestic violence cases, prenuptial agreements and family law appeals.
Taylor earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School–Newark and previously practiced at boutique and mid‑sized New Jersey law firms. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla, J.A.D., in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Active in the legal community, Taylor has held leadership roles with the Hunterdon County Bar Association, including serving as president from 2024 to 2025. She currently serves as Immediate Past President and co‑chair of the Family Practice Committee, a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Family Law Executive Committee, and volunteers as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Hunterdon, Mercer and Burlington counties.
