Offit Kurman Welcomes One Counsel and One Associate to the Firm
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that two attorneys have joined the firm in the Real Estate and Landlord Representation groups.
Faith Miros has joined the firm’s Real Estate and Transactions practice in the Hackensack, New Jersey office as Counsel. She advises on real estate matters related to acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, leasing and management. Her clients include commercial landlords and tenants, real estate developers and individual investors in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Ms. Miros also works with sole proprietors, small businesses and national corporations and advises on complex transactions that include the acquisition and disposition of stock and assets.
Ms. Miros received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.
Evan Ganginis has joined the firm’s Landlord Representation practice in the Bethesda office as an Associate. He assists with drafting, discovery, filing motions, and negotiating with opposing parties to reach a resolution.
Mr. Ganginis received his B.S. University of Maryland, Baltimore County and his J.D. from University of Baltimore, School of Law.
