Offit Kurman Welcomes Lisa Fenech to Estates and Trusts Practice
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Fenech to its Estates and Trusts Practice Group working from the firm’s New York City office.
Lisa brings extensive experience in estate and trusts litigation, probate and estate administration, and elder law litigation. She regularly handles contested and uncontested probate matters, power of attorney disputes, and complex fiduciary litigation. Additionally, she is frequently appointed by the New York Supreme Court and Surrogate’s Court to advocate for vulnerable individuals in guardianship and estate proceedings.
Lisa serves as the president of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation and is an active leader in several other professional organizations. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Surrogate’s Court Committee and the Sponsorship Committee Chair for the New York State Bar Association’s Trust and Estates Law Section. Additionally, she is an engaged member of the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law Section.
