Offit Kurman Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys: Scot Burton and Joseph "Keith" Dilley. These hires strengthen the firm’s business law and transactions and real estate law and transaction practice groups and continue the firm’s commitment to strategic growth.

Scot Burton – Principal, Business Law and Transactions (Atlanta, GA)

Scot Burton brings more than two decades of experience helping entrepreneurs, investors, and real estate developers structure joint ventures, equity investments, capital raises, and strategic transactions. Known for his practical, business-minded approach, he combines deep transactional insight with a strong background in partnership and corporate tax planning. Scot also draws on valuable in-house experience as former General Counsel of a major senior living operator, giving him a unique, real-world perspective on organizational and operational priorities.

Joseph "Keith" Dilley – Attorney, Real Estate Law and Transactions (Tysons Corner, VA)

Joseph “Keith” Dilley advises developers, companies, and landowners on all phases of commercial and residential real estate projects—from due diligence and acquisition through financing, entitlements, leasing, development, and disposition. He brings practical, hands-on insight into land use and zoning matters, working closely with local jurisdictions to secure needed approvals. Keith also draws on early experience at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Mergers and Acquisitions, giving him a well-rounded perspective on regulatory and market dynamics that shape real estate transactions.
