His background gives him familiarity with the regulatory, financial, and operational considerations that shape today’s real estate environment.
Before entering private practice, Keith worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Mergers and Acquisitions, where he conducted research and supported staff attorneys as they addressed the fast-changing intersection of financial markets and regulation.
