Albena Petrakov advises clients on restructuring, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and real estate-related litigation and counsels creditors on maximizing their return on secured and unsecured claims. She also has extensive experience representing clients in bankruptcy and commercial matters in both civil and common law jurisdictions.
Tom Repczynski, Chair,Commercial Litigation South Group
Tom Repczynski focuses his practice on inheritance-related matters involving wills, trusts, insurance beneficiaries, executors, trustees, guardians and attorneys-in-fact under Powers of Attorney. He also handles matters related to creditors’ rights enforcement, real estate litigation and general commercial business disputes.
