Offit Kurman Expands Dallas Office with Addition of Two Principals

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew S. Reddington and Janine M. Campanaro as Principals in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. This strategic move underscores the firm’s commitment to growth and delivering exceptional legal services to clients in the region.

Matthew S. Reddington joins the commercial litigation practice group, bringing extensive experience in litigation and tax controversies. A former Senior Attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Reddington has litigated more than 30 trials before the U.S. Tax Court and secured favorable outcomes in cases involving captive insurance arrangements, research and development tax credits, and fraud allegations. His approach includes taking cases before juries when appropriate, rather than limiting disputes to the Tax Court.

Janine M. Campanaro also joins the commercial litigation practice group, representing individuals and businesses in federal tax litigation and commercial disputes. Campanaro has argued before multiple federal circuit courts and co-authored a brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. Her accomplishments include securing the only jury verdict in a captive insurance case; a precedent-setting result in a traditionally judge-decided arena. She is admitted to practice in New York, Texas, and Utah, as well as before numerous federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

“Matthew and Janine are exceptional litigators whose experience and results speak for themselves,” said Robin Gilden, principal and Tax Law Practice Group Leader. “Their ability to navigate complex tax issues and deliver winning strategies for clients strengthens our position in the Texas arena.”
