Christian Toth – Attorney, Estates and Trusts, New York, NY

Christian Toth brings a court‑centered perspective to trusts and estates matters, shaped by nearly three years as a law clerk to the Honorable Rita Mella in the New York County Surrogate’s Court. His experience handling a high volume of probate matters and reviewing estate plans, from historical instruments to modern documents involving digital assets, gives him practical insight into court processes and efficient issue resolution. A trained court mediator, he combines strong analytical skills with a commitment to clear, effective client service.

Paul Fanelli – Attorney, Construction Law, Philadelphia, PA

Paul Fanelli counsels architects, engineers, owners, and businesses through the legal and practical challenges of complex construction projects, from inception through closeout. His practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation, where he represents clients in disputes involving delays, payments, liens, and contract performance in mediation, arbitration, and state and federal courts. He also provides day-to-day project counseling, drafting, and negotiating agreements to help clients manage risk and achieve efficient, cost-effective outcomes.
