Offit Kurman was ranked among the nation’s top law firms for intellectual property in the 2025 rankings published by the Ant-Like Persistence blog. The firm is listed in the following categories:   

These rankings highlight firms that played a key role in securing intellectual property protections for clients.  The firm’s intellectual property team obtained approximately 478 trademark registrations and over 95 patents for clients in 2025.

The Ant-Like Persistence blog by Carl Oppedahl compiled its rankings by inviting firms to participate in an early 2026 survey, with final submissions closing on February 13, 2026.

Offit Kurman’s continued presence in these rankings demonstrates the firm’s depth of experience in intellectual property law and its ability to navigate the complexities of IP prosecution.
