Offit Kurman adds Intellectual Property Attorney LuAnne Morrow to Los Angeles Office
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that LuAnne Morrow has joined the firm as Principal in the Los Angeles, CA office.
LuAnne assists companies in protecting and strengthening their brands across industries driven by innovation and creativity. Her practice includes trademark and copyright matters, licensing, advertising and marketing compliance, digital media considerations, and technology and SaaS agreements. She also serves as production counsel for film and television projects and regularly advises producers, studios, and creative professionals on commercial and regulatory considerations.
She holds several notable professional and leadership roles, including serving as Secretary of the Licensing and Related Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association and as DEI Officer on the International Bar Association’s Product Liability Executive Committee. LuAnne also provides pro bono legal counsel to Artists for Change, a nonprofit focused on combating human trafficking.
LuAnne earned her J.D. and B.A. from the University of Calgary and is admitted to practice in California and Alberta, Canada.
