On September 14, 2021, Offit Kurman Principal and Chair of the Intellectual Property practice group, Greg Grissett published Medical Device IP Strategy, Part II: Creating A Patent Strategy To Mitigate Risk - Covering the specialized field of orthopedic product development and manufacturing in the Orthopedic Design & Technology (ODT) Magazine. This article is the final publication of the two-part series that covers how to create an IP strategy, and in particular, a patent strategy, that stands above the rest.
