Offit Kurman Grows Commercial Litigation Practice with Three New Attorneys

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the recent addition of two attorneys to its Commercial Litigation practice. Candice Kearney has joined the firm in the Philadelphia office and Michael Brown has joined the firm in Baltimore.

Candice Kearney has significant experience handling construction liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance coverage matters. She is a civil trial lawyer who has defended cases through verdict and appeal.

Ms. Kearney received her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She joins the firm as an associate.

Michael Brown represents businesses across a broad range of disputes. His experience includes representing companies in commercial lease disputes and regulatory compliance matters at the state and local level and in general torts and smaller contract claim matters.

Mr. Brown received his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. from The University of Maryland Carey School of Law. He joins the firm as an associate.
