Natalie Nicole Mark

Principal

Throughout her career, Natalie Mark has guided businesses, developers, contractors, and design professionals through complex commercial disputes with a focus on the construction and manufacturing industries. Known for her pragmatic and collaborative approach, she helps clients address challenges ranging from contract and indemnification issues to tort claims and fraud matters, always with an eye toward minimizing risk and protecting the bottom line.

Natalie represents owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, engineers, and architects, including Fortune 500 companies, in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and mediation. She has served as trial counsel in high-stakes litigation, including securing a multimillion-dollar jury verdict in a civil fraud case and obtaining favorable outcomes in multiparty construction defect claims. Clients value her ability to translate complex technical and legal issues into clear, actionable strategies.

Beyond litigation, Natalie advises on construction agreements such as guaranteed maximum price and stipulated sum contracts, architect and design contracts, and prime contracts. She frequently counsels clients on licensing, compliance, insurance coverage, and risk management. Her work extends to e-discovery planning, budget oversight, and witness preparation, ensuring clients are well positioned at every stage of a dispute.

Natalie is also a leader in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, having co-chaired her former firm’s DE&I Committee and implemented best practices for recruitment, retention, and training. She shares her knowledge as a speaker on topics including arbitration, e-discovery, and emerging technologies in construction.

Licensed in Georgia and the District of Columbia, Natalie is active in professional organizations including the Litigation Counsel of America, the Construction Lawyers Society of America, and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys. She also dedicates time to community service, serving as a pro bono lawyer with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and as a board member of Global Community Mothers in Law and Know-how.
