Jonathan Pollack is counsel in the firm's Estates and Trusts Practice Group, focusing his practice on tax planning, estate planning, and trust and estate administration for both New Jersey and New York residents. Jonathan works closely with his clients to understand their unique needs and goals, tailoring their estate plans to minimize taxes as well as protect and preserve their assets for future generations. Jonathan prides himself on the relationships that he forms with his clients, advising them when changes in the law could impact them and guiding them on how best to modify their estate plans to address these issues.

In addition to being a member of both the New Jersey and New York State Bars, Jonathan is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He received his B.A. from Binghamton University and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he participated in the Representation in Mediation Competition and served as associate editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal. Jonathan is also a student mentor at his alma mater, guiding law students as they begin their careers and building lasting connections with the legal community.
Beyond his legal career, Jonathan is passionate about music and new culinary experiences. He enjoys spending time together with his wife and two young children.
