Portrait of Henry M. Quillian, III

Henry M. Quillian III

Principal

For more than three decades, Henry Quillian has guided clients through high-stakes litigation and complex disputes with a focus on practical, efficient solutions. He draws on a deep well of courtroom and negotiation experience to help clients resolve disputes efficiently and effectively across a broad range of industries.

Henry concentrates his practice in construction law, a field that intersects with virtually every area of commercial activity. His work spans contract disputes, insurance coverage, fraud, payment claims, engineering analysis and failures, employment matters, intellectual property, mechanics’ liens, waivers, secured transactions, and taxation. He has served as lead trial counsel in matters across 18 states, representing parties in jury trials, bench trials, and complex evidentiary hearings. Clients value his ability to quickly assess the core issues in a case and chart a course toward resolution, whether through litigation, arbitration, or mediation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Henry serves as an arbitrator and mediator with Bay Mediation and Arbitration, LLC. This role builds on his decades of experience advocating for clients and reflects his commitment to efficient and fair conflict resolution. He is also a registered patent attorney.

Beyond his professional life, Henry has been an active member of the Atlanta community for more than 35 years. A third generation Atlanta native, he and his wife, also an attorney, have two adult children who have pursued advanced degrees in neuroscience and business. He is a long-time member of Northwest Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, where he has been involved for more than three decades.

Henry’s practice reflects both breadth and depth. With hundreds of cases, countless hearings, and a proven ability to distill complex problems into practical solutions, clients turn to him not just for his legal acumen but for the seasoned judgment that only comes with years of diverse experience in and out of the courtroom.
