We are thrilled to welcome Tricia Tolivar, CFO of CAVA. Ms. Tolivar will present the CAVA story – its founding, challenges, and strategies leading to its fast paced growth, all to achieve CAVA’s mission to bring heart, health and humanity to food.

We are also thrilled to provide an outstanding discussion on ESOPs, with ESOP consultant Ryan Staton, Managing Director of StatonWalsh, discussing the benefits and challenges, and the ins and out of ESOPs, and two real life ESOP company stories presented by David Palmer, CFO of Cummins Wagner, and Scott Corey, Vice President of Finance of Key Technologies.
