Suzan Kramer is a skilled corporate paralegal in Offit Kurman’s Business Law & Transactions Practice Group. As a corporate paralegal, she assists counsel representing clients in connection with transactions on the buy and sell sides, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters. Suzan has led and conducted multiple, large-scale due diligence projects and extensive research on organizations in the context of clients’ transactions. She has experience assisting in complex commercial transactions across a broad range of industries including financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, retail, construction, manufacturing and technology and has been involved with transactions and some deals requiring HSR Filings and closings which range up to $140 million.
Suzan assists clients with SEC Form D Filings, capital raises and Carta for start-up companies, entity formation and in obtaining business licenses, maintaining good standing and handling corporate and regulatory compliance matters. In addition to her corporate background, Suzan also has experience in forming charitable foundations and has a strong understanding of complex estate and gift planning processes.
Suzan earned her B.S. from Drexel University and her Paralegal Certification which transferred into St. Joseph’s University.
