Sam Giunta is a seasoned HR executive with 25+ years of experience in strategic employee management and aligning scalable HR programs to solve business problems. He has worked in a wide range of industries, including retail, medical, automotive, travel, finance, distribution and legal. His diverse expertise stems from roles at top-ranked employers including a Fortune Magazine Best 100 Company, a multinational management consulting firm and as head of HR for a private investment firm's portfolio company. Sam's passion lies in fostering excellence through collaborative and focused HR processes across all organizational levels. He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo. Sam is an active and accredited Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
