Principal

Robert “Bob” Douglas brings a wealth of experience in helping his clients attain their personal and business goals. Since 1968, Bob has concentrated his practice on commercial and residential real estate property law, foreclosures and partitions proceedings and trusts and estates planning and administration. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Greensboro Bar Association, with a term as president.

Always respectful and empathetic, Bob guides clients through today’s complex and ever-changing inheritance and tax laws, securing him the position of trusted confidante to families and philanthropic organizations over the years. He treats each client with dignity, compassion and an unwavering commitment to addressing their unique concerns and desires. Bob is attuned to understanding the objectives and personal preferences of those preparing to pass their estates on to others, having spent decades providing clients with thoughtful and timely counsel regarding their final wishes for estate distribution. Bob has been active in the community and has served as chairman of the Greensboro Chapter of the American Red Cross, two terms as chairman of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Commission and is the founder of the Greensboro Parks Foundation.
