Portrait of Queen Ndukwe

Queen O. Ndukwe

Attorney

Queen Ndukwe helps businesses and individuals navigate complex commercial disputes with a strategic and client‑centered approach. She represents clients at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts, offering guidance grounded in careful issue‑spotting, early risk assessment, and practical solutions that advance her clients’ goals both inside and outside the courtroom.

Queen is known for her zealous advocacy and for her ability to distill complex problems into clear pathways forward. Clients value her thoughtful manner, her commitment to protecting their interests, and her ability to assess risk and develop effective strategies—even in challenging or high‑stakes circumstances. Queen represents clients in a broad range of commercial matters, including breach of contract claims, partnership disputes, business divorce, business torts and defamation claims. Queen also acts as a fractional general counsel for her business clients, ensuring that the clients have access to litigation support and expertise as needed

Before joining Offit Kurman, Queen served as an Assistant Law Clerk in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, where she gained meaningful insight into judicial decision‑making and appellate advocacy. Earlier in her career, she represented corporate clients in commercial disputes, including real estate, bankruptcy, and financial transactions matters, and she has advised financial institutions on judgment debt recovery and related litigation. This collective background informs the global perspective she brings to every matter.

Queen is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee and Functus Officio Subcommittee, as well as the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum. She is also a member of Umu Igbo Unite (Tri-State), a cultural organization that supports Nigerians in the tri‑state area by fostering community and preserving shared heritage.

Outside the office, Queen enjoys running and is guaranteed to almost always be training for her half-marathon or other adventure. On a crisp Sunday morning, you will find Queen running either the Central Park loop or the Weehawken waterfront and grabbing a well-earned treat afterwards.
