Offit Kurman Principal and Practice Group Leader for Family Law (North) Rawan Hmoud will be presenting at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s CLE on Child Support and Emancipation on May 25. The program will explore how child support is calculated and how petitions for deviations, modifications and requests for emancipation should be supported and litigated.
