Rawan Hmoud Discusses Family Law Evidence at Barry Croland Inn of Court
Offit Kurman family law attorney and Practice Group Leader, Rawan Hmoud, proudly presented as a panelist at The Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. The discussion underscored the complex issues related to evidence, privilege, and confidentiality in the realm of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Rawan joined an esteemed group of speakers, including a member of the judiciary, on this panel. The Inns was attended by family law attorneys and Judges from Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Union counties.
"It was a privilege to discuss these important and thought-provoking topics and to contribute to the educational and social underpinnings of the Inn of Court,” Rawan said. Rawan has previously presented at the Inn of Court on best practices in preparing Case Information Statements.
