Principal Noel Manalo Joins Offit Kurman’s Frederick Office
Frederick, MD – (July 24, 2023) – Offit Kurman is pleased to announce the addition of Noel Manalo as a principal attorney to the Frederick, Maryland office. He joins the firm’s Real Estate Law and Transactions practice group.
Manalo’s practice focuses primarily on land use, development and permitting, advocating before local governmental administrative bodies. His extensive experience includes representing clients in various high-profile projects, such as securing conditional use and site plan approval for the construction of a solar energy facility for a solar energy developer.
Manalo frequently shares his insights and knowledge as a speaker on topics such as affordable housing and other crucial real estate matters.
Manalo received his A.B. from Stanford University and his J.D. from University of Maryland.
