Offit Kurman’s Paul Baynard Named to Business North Carolina’s 2026 Legal Elite

Offit Kurman is proud to announce that principal attorney Paul Baynard has been selected to The Business North Carolina Legal Elite 2026. Baynard was recognized in the Bankruptcy Law category.

Fewer than 1,100 attorneys made the list, compared with more than 30,000 attorneys regulated by the North Carolina State Bar. 

Now in its 25th year, the Legal Elite honors the state’s top attorneys as chosen by fellow members of the North Carolina State Bar. Each year, ballots are sent to all active members of the N.C. State Bar, asking them to nominate lawyers they consider among the best in specific practice areas.
