Offit Kurman Welcomes Two Attorneys to Expand Bethesda Office
BETHESDA, MD - (September 15, 2023) –Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome the additions of Susan Wyckoff and Peter Rauch to the firm’s Bethesda office.
Susan Wyckoff is a Principal in the firm’s Family Law practice group. She represents all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, child custody/visitation, family mediation, collaborative law, spousal/child support, property division, division of retirement benefits, domestic violence, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, negotiation and drafting of marital settlement agreements and parenting plans, adoption, litigation and post-judgment proceedings. Susan has also handled matters in the areas of Criminal Law, Trust and Estates, Guardianship, Real Property, Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation.
Susan earned her B.A. from Goucher College and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Peter Rauch is an Associate in the firm’s Landlord Representation practice group. He focuses his practice on commercial landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing Act compliance and regulatory compliance. He assists clients throughout the entire litigation process, from pre-filing advice through settlement negotiations and trials. He also advises clients on compliance with local and federal administrative regulations.
Peter received his B.A. from Saint Louis University and his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law.
