Peter Rauch

Attorney

Peter Rauch is an experienced labor and employment attorney who advises employers on a broad range of complex workplace matters. He provides strategic counsel to management teams and human resources professionals on employment policies, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, disability and religious accommodations, employee relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Peter drafts and negotiates restrictive covenant agreements, employee handbooks, severance agreements, partnership agreements, and other sensitive employment-related documents. He also has significant litigation experience, representing employers in matters involving Title VII discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenant enforcement, reasonable accommodation issues, and other employment-related claims.

In addition to his labor and employment practice, Peter advises property management companies and real estate holding companies on operational, regulatory, and risk management matters. He works closely with clients to maximize returns on investment while maintaining compliance with applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
