Offit Kurman Welcomes Spyros Arsenis to Real Estate Law and Transactions Practice Group in New York Office
Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Spyros Arsenis as a principal attorney to the firm's Real Estate Law and Transactions Practice Group in its New York, NY office. For nearly two decades, Spyros Arsenis has devoted his practice to all aspects of real estate in New York and New Jersey.
Spyros handles the acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, ground leases, residential real property, commercial leasing, real estate finance, land use, zoning, and joint venture agreements. He serves as a strategic advisor, advocate, and negotiator for his clients, prioritizing his role as an integral part of their teams.
In addition to his real estate practice, Spyros practices sports law and manages high-profile transactions and negotiations for prominent athletes and organizations. He is also a lecturer on "Sports Law in the U.S.A." at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) in Madrid as part of their Global Master's in International Sports Law program. Fluent in Greek, Spyros brings a global perspective to his well-rounded practice.
