For nearly two decades, Spyros Arsenis has devoted his practices to all aspects of real estate in New York and New Jersey. He serves as a strategic advisor, advocate, and negotiator for his clients and prioritizes being part of his client's team.
In his real estate practice, Spyros handles the acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, ground leases, residential real property, commercial leasing, real estate finance, land use, zoning, and joint venture agreements. He negotiates and prepares various leases for both landlords and tenants, including retail, office, ground, and industrial. Rounding out his real estate practice is his representation of banking institutions and borrowers in finance transactions. He drafts joint venture and preferred equity agreements and negotiates complex real estate purchase and sale agreements.
Spyros also devotes his practice to sports law, managing high-profile transactions and negotiations involving prominent athletes and organizations. His understanding of sports law further enables him to guide clients through intricate sports and business transactions.
Spyros serves as a lecturer on "Sports Law in the U.S.A." at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) in Madrid as part of their Global Master's in International Sports Law program. Fluent in Greek, Spyros brings a global perspective to his practice and has contributed several insightful publications on sports law.
