Offit Kurman Welcomes Attorney to the Philadelphia Metropolitan Region
Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Thomas Kramer has joined the firm in the Philadelphia Metropolitan region. Mr. Kramer joins as Intellectual Property counsel in the Wilmington office.
Thomas Kramer, a registered patent attorney, focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, patent and trademark litigation, copyright, licensing, prosecution, inter partes review and patent post-grants.
Before joining private practice, Mr. Kramer served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Leonard P. Stark, where he assisted with the drafting of opinions and memorandum orders for civil litigation matters, including pharmaceutical patent disputes and Markman proceedings. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kramer was a pharmacologist specializing in neuropharmacology, anesthesiology and pain management and a member of the faculty of the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a registered pharmacist.
Mr. Kramer received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina and his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law.
