Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Kevin Woodbridge to the firm.
Kevin Woodbridge joins Offit Kurman’s Estates & Trusts group in the Bethesda office. He focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration/probate and litigation.
Mr. Woodbridge works with clients on the creation of complex wills and trusts, as well as power of attorney documents, advance medical directives and other necessary estate planning documents. He prepares probate petitions, inventories, accounts, and other filings required to open and administer estates in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and works closely with Personal Representatives, family members and court employees to administer estates.
Mr. Woodbridge has prepared hundreds of estate plans and various types of trusts, including bypass, marital, qualified terminable interest property, family, charitable and irrevocable life insurance trusts.
Mr. Woodbridge received his B.A. from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
