Offit Kurman Welcomes Associate Roopa Sabesan to its Commercial Litigation Practice
Wilmington, DE – (January 15, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Roopa Sabesan to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, resident in the Wilmington, Delaware office.
With a focus on civil litigation, Roopa practices in both state and federal courts in Delaware, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation within the Delaware Court of Chancery. Her substantial litigation experience includes representing a diverse array of private and government entities across various civil litigation matters. Roopa also has experience in appellate advocacy, handling cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Delaware Supreme Court.
Beyond her legal practice, Roopa serves on the Executive Committee for the Delaware State Bar Association and on the Board of Bar Examiners.
Roopa earned her B.S. from the University of Delaware and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.
