Roopa Sabesan

Roopa Sabesan is counsel in the Firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on civil litigation in both state and federal courts of Delaware and Delaware corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Roopa has substantial litigation experience, having represented private and government entities in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including on appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Delaware Supreme Court.

Roopa is also actively involved in the Delaware Bar. She serves on the Executive Committee for the Delaware State Bar Association and on the Board of Bar Examiners.
