Offit Kurman Represents Miach Orthopedics in Securing $40 Million in Financing

Offit Kurman, led by Intellectual Property attorney Greg Grissett, is pleased to announce that it represented client Miach Orthopedics in securing $40 million in financing to support continuing operations and to grow the U.S. commercial rollout of the Bridge-Enhanced ACL Restoration (BEAR®) Implant. Grissett assisted with detailed due diligence related to Miach’s technology and patent assets, paving the way to secure financing.

Miach Orthopaedics, Inc. is a company transforming the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears from reconstruction to restoration with the BEAR® Implant.
