Offit Kurman Bolsters Maryland Presence, Welcoming Niall McMillan

Bethesda, MD – (April 15, 2024) – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Associate Niall McMillan to the Maryland region. McMillan joins the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice, resident in the Bethesda office.

McMillan specializes in litigation, business and real estate disputes. With a keen eye for individual client needs, he navigates complex legal terrain to achieve optimal outcomes. His expertise spans diverse clientele, from corporations to individuals, focusing on business, property, estate, and fiduciary disputes.

Prior to Offit Kurman, he honed his skills in litigation and business law in Bethesda, where he guided businesses and individuals through complex legal disputes and was recognized as a Top Business Attorney by Bethesda Magazine.

McMillan received his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Arkansas.
