Offit Kurman Welcomes Bankruptcy Attorney Augustus Curtis

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Augustus “Augie” Curtis has joined the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Credit Practice Group as counsel in the Bethesda, MD office. Augie has nearly 30 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters nationwide.

Augie has represented numerous stakeholders in significant insolvency cases, including as a subchapter V trustee and former U.S. Department of Justice trial attorney. His practice includes extensive work in distressed healthcare, construction litigation, and commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
