Offit Kurman Attorneys Prevail for Employer in Upholding Major Discipline of Six Police Officers in an Incident

Offit Kurman Labor and Employment attorneys Neil Morris and Gabriel Celii represented Bristol Township in the June 2020 disciplinary action of six police officers in the Bristol Township Police Department. The dismissals and suspensions of the police officers were recently upheld. The Bristol Township Office of the Township Manager released a statement regarding the upholding of the disciplinary action.  See the full press release and arbitration linked (or attached) below.
