Offit Kurman attorney Linda S. Ostovitz will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Business Women's Network of Howard County (BWNHC) event on Wednesday, October 16, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Collective Encore. Her presentation, "Your Value is NOT Negotiable," will focus on empowering professionals to confidently own their value and advocate for their worth in both professional and personal settings.
In her session, Linda will address common challenges professionals face when negotiating their worth, setting prices, and defining their conditions. She will provide actionable strategies for recognizing and advocating for one's inherent value, from negotiating contracts and promotions to establishing boundaries and navigating negotiations confidently and clearly.
