Offit Kurman Adds Bradley Meyer to Delaware Construction Law Practice

Offit Kurman welcomes Bradley Meyer to the firm’s Wilmington, DE office. Bradley joins the Construction Law, Transactions, and Disputes Practice Group, bringing experience in both transactional and litigation matters.

On the transactional side, Bradley has worked on commercial real estate purchase agreements, corporate governance documents, and business transfer agreements for multimillion-dollar businesses, helping clients navigate complex deals while minimizing risks.

Bradley has also defended high-profile corporate clients in personal injury lawsuits, participated in depositions, assisted in developing early exit strategies, and contributed to drafting key legal documents.
